Benjamin

Owner / Operater

Well hello there.

My name is Benjamin Myers and I’m a Photographer/Videographer/Audio Engineer/Composer from Kingston, Ontario. I started my creative adventures at the age of 10 when I scored my first ever composition (as can be expected, it was not very good). Throughout high school i developed a deep passion for film music and set my sights on getting better at scoring for media.

When I graduated, I found myself at the University of Ottawa, completing a Bachelors in World Cinema and developing a deeper understanding of how film and audio flow together. Upon completion and feeling that I still had more to learn and a burning desire for more student debt, I set out on my second degree though St. Lawrence College via the Music and Digital Media program. Here I sharpened my technical skills in videography, photography, and of course music; intertwining them and learning how to create workflow pipelines that allowed me to more efficiently handle all production work myself. Still unsatisfied and with a hunger for black pudding and Guinness, I packed my bags and was off to continue my education in Ireland, getting a bachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering from The Institute of Technology Tralee.

Since then I have been working extensively creating a diverse range of media content tailored to suit my client’s needs. Reach out and let’s make something awesome together.

Second Shooter & Production Assistant

I grew up in the GTA, spending my childhood and teen years in Toronto as a ballet dancer. Attending an arts high school introduced me to photography, where I took my first classes and discovered a passion behind the lens. What started as me begging for one more picture of family and friends soon evolved into creating content for brands as a teenager and, eventually, a career in photography and videography!

With experience in hospitality, law, real estate, and marketing, I worked in corporate settings but quickly realized my true passion lay elsewhere. However, those experiences gave me a valuable perspective that I now apply to my work, blending creativity with strategy to deliver high-quality, meaningful visuals!
